Statement on the Protection, Collection, and Use of Personal Data
Teambuilding d.o.o. undertakes to protect customers' personal data by collecting only the necessary, basic information about customers/users that is essential for fulfilling our obligations. Customers are informed about the way their data is used and are regularly given the option to choose how their data will be used, including the option to decide whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need it to perform their job. All employees of Teambuilding d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for adhering to the principles of privacy protection.
All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in other currency into EUR according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Protection of Personal Data in Accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679 and the Implementation of the GDPR
Monri WSPay, as the processor responsible for credit card authorization and payment, handles personal data in the capacity of a data processor and does so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Parliament and Council No. 2016/679, as well as in compliance with the strict rules of the PCI DSS L1 regulation regarding the protection of data entry and transmission.
Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest level of protection for data entry and transmission.
Personal data used for the purpose of authorization and payment, i.e., for fulfilling obligations under or based on the contract, are considered confidential.
The following customer personal data are required to execute the contract (authorization and payment):

- Email address
- Phone number
- Address
- City
- Postal code
- Country
- Card type
- Card number
- Card expiration date
- Card CVV code
Monri WSPay does not process or use these personal data for any purposes other than to fulfill the contract for authorization and payment.
Monri WSPay guarantees compliance with all conditions prescribed by applicable data protection regulations for data processors, especially by undertaking all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures—confirmed in particular by its PCI DSS L1 certification.

Teambuilding d.o.o. uses Monri WSPay for online payments.
Monri WSPay is a secure system for online payments, real-time payments using credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods. Monri WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of card data for both the customer and the merchant, which is confirmed by the PCI DSS certificate held by Monri WSPay. Monri WSPay uses a 256-bit SSL encryption certificate and the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol as the highest levels of protection for data entry and transmission.
